Welcome to Merlnneb (merlnneb.com). By accessing this website and purchasing our music, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the sale of music licenses by Bino Jerry Sam, operating from Ireland.

1. Ownership and Licensing

All music, compositions, and recordings available on this platform are the sole property of Bino Jerry Sam. When you purchase a “Copyright License,” you are acquiring a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual right to use the audio file in your digital content (Social Media, Podcasts, Personal Videos).

        Important: Ownership of the master composition remains with Bino Jerry Sam. You are purchasing a license to use, not the right to resell the music as a standalone product.
    

2. Permitted Use

Syncing audio to social media videos (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Background music for live streams or podcasts.
Personal projects and non-broadcast digital presentations.

3. Restricted Use

You may not: (a) Resell the audio file as your own; (b) Use the music in a way that promotes hate speech or illegal activities; (c) Claim authorship of the music; (d) Use the music in television or radio broadcast without a specific Enterprise License.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Due to the digital nature of the products, once a file is downloaded, no refunds will be issued unless the file is proven to be technically defective.
